Manitowish Waters - New Construction Project

A fair share of our client base comes to us in hopes of building their retirement home in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. It is important to consider our client’s current and future needs for their retirement home. One aspect important to retiring clients is keeping the necessities, such as a laundry room, bathroom, or main bedroom, accessible on the main floor. As we age, navigating stairways becomes more difficult, and it is helpful to have these necessities accessible. Another important feature of a retirement home is an inviting, yet compact, space for our client to enjoy the beautiful Northwoods view. At this age, our clients no longer need a large and comfortable place for pets, children, or friends. We keep this in mind and design a simplistic area, but still allow room for when these family members choose to visit. After all, it is the Northwoods, children and grandchildren will be eager to visit!

With this Floor Plan, we included all of the necessities on the main level but also an additional space for friends and family that come to visit our client. No space is too big or too small in this plan, everything has been designed to allow two people to live comfortably and take in the views of the Northwoods. We created a full set of Construction Documents that included Foundation Plans, Floor Plans, Building Section Details, Wall Section Details, and Exterior Elevations to allow our clients to move forward with their dream retirement home!

** All dimensions & Project location information have been hidden to keep the custom design specific to the client **

Paige- I am a believer in giving feedback. We have sent your plans to several lumber yards and at least 1/2 dozen contractors... They said that these plans had a great level of detail and were great as a costing document. Of course talked you up about how easy you are to work with and fast on your turn around.
