With a wide range of services available, we can provide custom Architectural Floor Plans and Drafting along with Interior Design services that are specifically crafted to suit each client’s Residential Design needs. Each respective design and package is unique from the rest and particular to each client’s communicated preferences. We work with several contractors in Minocqua, WI, and the surrounding areas to create Construction Documents for New Construction and Home Remodel Projects which also allows us to offer detailed Interior Design selections & specifications.

Consultation.
Consultation services are included in any of the packages listed below. However, if you simply need recommendations for any particular design, such as rearranging furniture, selecting a paint color for your Guest Bedroom, deciding on a light fixture above your vanity, or choosing between light or dark countertops in your kitchen, we are here for you! You have our keen designer eye for an hour to contribute suggestions and aid in your decisions!

Interior Design.
Interior Design Services that we provide include Floor Plans, Elevations, Design Presentation Boards with physical samples, and Project Management from start to finish. Each of our Clients has a different vision and we enjoy bringing that vision to life. We work with clients on furnishing selections, interior selections, exterior selections, remodel projects, new construction projects, and more!
Architectural Drafting.
Do you need help developing a full set of Construction Documents for your Contractor to build and receive construction bids from? This is our specialty! We provide our clients with detailed Architectural Drawings to complete all sizes of projects. Our full set of Construction Documents includes Foundation Plans, Floor Plans, Building Section Details, Exterior & Interior Elevations, Roof Plans, Electrical Plans, and Site Plans. We enjoy working with clients on a variety of projects, ranging from Interior Remodeling, Home Additions, and New Construction Floor Plans.
