Home Expansion Project - Manitowish Waters

For this project, our clients in Manitowish Waters needed assistance with Bid Drawings for their home expansion plan. We created their Foundation Plan, Building Sections, Floor Plans, and Elevations needed for contractors to review, get bids, and begin construction of their project.

We enjoyed assisting the homeowners with the process of visualizing their addition and all of the incorporated details of the project!

This addition included a Grand Entry into a large hall leading from their existing home to their addition. Their addition includes an Office, Master Bathroom, Master Bedroom, Walk-In Closet, Second Entry, Mechanical Room, and Laundry Room.

To keep the true rustic design, and match the existing finishes of the home, the exterior finishes consisted of Cedar Shake Siding (stained to match existing), Stone Facade & Pillars, Cedar Gable Truss Details, and a Metal Roof.
